Shipping Policy

Singapore Domestic Shipping

We offer free nationwide shipping for all orders above S$100. Orders below SGD$100 would be subjected to a flat shipping rate of SGD$10. All orders will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days from our office, and you will receive your purchase within 2-5 business days. Please note that we are closed for deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

International Shipping

We are currently offering international shipping to a selected number of countries. Shipment of goods is subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees payable by the recipient at the destination country's prevailing tax rate and subject to the receiving country's customs regulations. The customer assumes full loss when the package is refused entry, confiscated, destroyed, or returned. There will be no refund of the product or shipping charges. The customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.

For overseas buyers, we will provide a quote on the delivery cost before shipment. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will send our bank account details to you. Once payment has been received, we will then ship the product out. Note that rules & regulations are subject to change for all international shipments and freight.

 

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature and food safety reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges after orders have been shipped. 

Exchanges and returns on lifestyle products are eligible within 7 days of the purchase date. Products have to be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the initial transaction and will be the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take a few business days for your bank to complete.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@zhenintl.com if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
