Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect goods once they are en route to you.

All local orders will be shipped from our office, and you will receive your purchase within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are closed for deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

Zhen offers three local delivery methods, summarized in the table below. As our products are delicate, we use express delivery only to ensure our product reaches you at the earliest time and presents itself the way we intended. Delivery is estimated to be within four hours AFTER the courier picks up the parcel, not from the time of order.

' Please ensure the correct shipping address along with the unit number is provided. Also, please ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel (especially Condos). Any failed delivery will be chargeable of driver's return fees and re-delivery fees.

Exchanges and product returns are eligible within (7) days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original condition, unopened, undamaged, unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at info@zhenintl.com


To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be in the original condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. 
  • Provide receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@zhenintl.com if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
